CypherCrescent sustains its interest and engagement with the academia. Recently over fifteen licences of SEPAL software were donated to the Department of Petroleum and Gas Engineering, Nile University Abuja. In addition, the students were trained on the use of the innovative integrated well & reservoir management software.
The head of CypherCrescent's delegation, Mr. Emeka Duruzor said the donation was part of the company’s commitment to build and develop capacity in petroleum engineering in Nigeria.
The software donation and specialised training were aimed at:
- Exposing the students to smarter and more efficient ways of analyzing and solving petroleum-engineering problems.
- Providing access to the software for the teaching and learning of petroleum engineering.
- Assisting them in aligning their academic projects with relevant industry needs.
- Equipping them with contemporary industry skills and prepare them for practical industry challenges.
